Earl Sweatshirt Worcester Concert reviews
A Cure Event for longtime fans.
An unforgettable evening was had at the final night of Earl Sweatshirt's Reflection tour. The appearance of Lol Tolhurst, an original member of the group, was an added delight. Songs from Three Imaginary Boys, Seventeen Seconds & Faith took me back to my teenage years, as I, like many others, searched for my place in the world. The band also performed tracks from The Top, Head on the Door & Japanese Whispers, along with instrumentals and other B-sides. The show culminated with the timeless 1986 version of Boys Don't Cry, leaving the audience wanting more reflections. Those who missed the band's live performances in the 80s had a unique opportunity to witness songs that are rarely played during standard tours.
